Look, nobody reads these. But you did, which means you're either very thorough or slightly anxious — both of which I respect deeply.

This policy explains how Gonzalo Novoa Photography ("I", "me", "Gonz") collects and uses your personal information when you visit novoaweddings.com.au or contact me about your wedding. I'll keep it as painless as possible.

What Information I Collect

When you fill out the enquiry form, I collect what you tell me — things like:

I also collect standard website data through analytics (like which pages people visit) but nothing that identifies you personally. It's more "how many people visited" than "who visited."

Photos of You

When I photograph your wedding, I may use images on my website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials — but only if you give me permission to do so. This is covered in the client agreement we sign together before your wedding.

If you ever want a photo removed, just ask. No drama, no questions asked.

How Long I Keep Your Data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it's relevant to our working relationship. Once your wedding is done and delivered, I retain only what's needed for legal and accounting purposes (usually 7 years, as required in Australia). After that, it's gone.

Your Rights

Under Australian Privacy Law (and the GDPR if you're visiting from Europe — g'day), you have the right to:
